What's covered

Full collision damage waiver, theft protection, and third-party liability up to 1,000,000 MAD. No deductible — if anything happens to the car, you walk away owing nothing as long as the rental agreement was respected.

What's excluded

Driving under the influence, off-road use, lending the car to an unregistered driver, and intentional damage are excluded. Tyres, windshield, and mirrors are covered up to two incidents per rental.

Claim window

Report incidents within 24 hours via the in-app support flow. Police report required for theft or third-party collisions; otherwise the photographic state-of-the-car at pick-up and drop-off is enough.

Refundable deposit

Choosing insurance replaces the cash deposit entirely. You can opt out and pay a refundable deposit instead — released within 7 days of returning the car if no claim is filed.
